Casamigos
Casamigos is situated in the Sobrarbe, which is in the Province of Huesca in Aragon.
Casamigos is centrally situated between The Ordesa National Park to the North West and the Natural Park of the Sierra de Guara to the South West, at one hour drive from the french border crossing at the tunnel of Bielsa-Aragnouet.
The house itself is situated at the border of the village Santa Maria de Buil and has a splendid view on the Pyrenees and the Monte Perdido which is the highest mountain of the Ordesa National Park.
A guide through the house
The house is newly built in the traditional style of Aragon. Mainly used materials are rock stones and wood. Light and color are playing the main role.
There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The living room, with kitchen en dining corner is on the first floor. Because the house is build on a hill, both floors have a spacious terrace and garden.
Infrastructure
The house is connected with the public water and electricity network. The kitchen has a cooking plate which uses gas. There is a microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. There is electric heating, for which consumption in winter is calculated apart. Down blankets, bed sheets and towels are provided free of charge. The house will be neat and clean when you arrive. It is expected that you’ll also leave it in the same condition.
