Casa Peras is located about a kilometer before the village of Santa Maria de Buil. It is peacefully situated at the edge of a forest on a spacious private property with water features and a young orchard.

Casa Peras is very bright and sunny because it has several large windows, allowing you to feel closely connected to the surroundings even when indoors.
The cottage itself consists of a living room with a kitchen area on the upper floor. On the lower floor, you’ll find the bedroom with a spacious double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
“Peras” is a converted shed in the former vegetable garden. The name refers to the old pear trees on the property. Peras was renovated in 2022 using natural local materials: wood, natural stone, and glass. Equipped with all the comforts, you’ll only hear natural sounds here, and at night, you can enjoy an impressive starry sky.
House Facilities
The house is self-sufficient. Electricity is generated with solar panels, providing underfloor heating and cooling. There is an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Duvets, bed linen, and towels are included.
