Casa Peras is a converted barn, fully renovated in 2022 using high-end natural materials such as wood, stone, and glass. Its name, Peras, comes from the old pear trees that still grow on the property. The upper floor features a bright living area with a kitchen, while the lower level offers a bedroom with a spacious double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
With its floor-to-ceiling windows and forest-edge setting, the house creates the feeling of being outdoors even while you are inside. During the day, you can watch wildlife moving through the orchard, which contains more than 150 different plant species, and at night you can listen to owls and enjoy an exceptional sky full of stars.
