Casa Lueza is a charming 16th-century stone house in the tranquil village of Santa María de Buil, right beside the Romanesque Church of San Martín. Carefully renovated by the current owner, the house preserves its historic charm while offering modern comfort and stunning natural surroundings.

On the ground floor, you will find the most original part of the building, which now hosts an art gallery and a social-cultural salon used for gatherings, small events, and exhibitions.

House Layout & Rental Options

Casa Lueza is divided into 3 independent accommodations, one on each upper floor. Guests may rent 1, 2, or all 3 units, depending on their needs and group size.

The 1st floor is a fully equipped apartment designed for 4 people, with the option to sleep up to 5-6 using the sofa bed. It includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 single beds), and 1 private bathroom.

The 2nd floor is a similar independent apartment, also intended for 4 people and expandable to 5-6 with the sofa bed. It offers a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 single beds), and 1 private bathroom.

The 3rd floor is a cozy studio for up to 2 people. It features 1 bedroom, a separate living room, a kitchen, and 1 private bathroom.

Renting all 3 floors together allows 1 group to enjoy the entire house, with space for a maximum of 12 people. Each accommodation has access to an outdoor terrace, furnished with garden seating and evening lighting for relaxing outdoors.
